This is the 3rd year we organize this 30-Hour Famine DIY Camp for PLU.
24,000 children die every day before their 5th birthday from preventable causes – Malaria, Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, and Complications during and after birth.
These unnecessary deaths are unacceptable, especially when proven, low-cost solutions exist.
World Vision Malaysia recognises the plight of child health and to respond, we will be focusing on the subject of Child Health for 30-Hour Famine 2011.
Our theme is “Hunger for Health!” (孩要健康，救是现在!). Together, we can make a difference by ending preventable child death.
